Lauren Somma is a Managing Principal based in New York City. She brings over 12 years of experience in the Insurance industry, including product development, agile transformation and software design.
Prior to joining Capco, Lauren worked in the Actuarial and Financial Technology department of Prudential Financial, where she successfully served as a Product Owner in a pilot initiative for Agile Transformation.
