Kevin Ma provides consulting services to Salesforce clients in a variety of sectors. He has worked on many aspects of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Customer Experiences and CPQ, successfully going live with more than 50 projects. Kevin has worked with industries ranging from health care, construction, security and technical services.
Kevin is specifically focused on architecting and providing solutions to a wide range of issues within Salesforce. He strives to provide clients with a structured design that gives them a firm understanding of business processes, integrations and systemwide architecture. Kevin has worked through all aspects of a project, starting with discovery and design and ending with the actual build, testing and deployment. Additional skills include PMO, data migration and organization migration/merges.
