Global professional service firm WSP has added Andy Doctoroff as project delivery manager and senior vice president of program management in the U.S. He is based in Detroit and will maintain a national profile.
Doctoroff oversees strong client relationships and leads multi-disciplinary teams of advisors, planners, engineers and technical experts for major transportation facilities nationwide, operating in a broad spectrum of transportation and urban development disciplines.
