Citrin Cooperman Acquires HW&Co.

Citrin Cooperman has announced that it has acquired substantially all the assets of HW&Co., an Ohio-based accounting and advisory firm. This acquisition strengthens Citrin Cooperman's presence in the Midwest region and enhances its service offerings to better serve clients across various industries including health care, nonprofit, real estate, manufacturing & distribution, agriculture and others. HW&Co. joins Citrin Cooperman with 14 partners and over 140 employees.
