Based in Atlanta, Mr. Stallings brings more than 20 years of experience in professional services and industry roles, specializing in integrations, separations, and value creation through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Mr. Stallings’ appointment, along with recent key hires, including Ginger Kelley, Joe Deegan and Lyna Sun, reflects CTG’s strategic investment in top-tier talent as its growth accelerates, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end and integrated transaction solutions to meet rising market demand.
A seasoned corporate transactions counselor, Mr. Stallings has worked with clients across a multitude of industry sectors – focusing on a variety of complex transaction structures, including stock purchases, asset acquisitions, carve-out divestitures, tax-free spin-offs, initial public offerings (IPO), and joint ventures (JVs) ranging in enterprise value from $50 Million to $60 Billion+.
