Chet is a commercial damages and intellectual property (IP) expert with over 16 years of experience. His professional specializations encompass financial and economic damages analysis and quantification, business and IP valuations, patent infringement assessments, the economic prong of the domestic industry at the International Trade Commission (ITC), and litigation support. His expertise includes lost profits, reasonable royalties, apportionment, unjust enrichment and profit disgorgement.
Chet has extensive experience covering various industries, including aviation, consumer electronics and goods, health care and manufacturing. He more recently led teams in preparing expert reports and expert witness testimony for matters in federal district courts and before the ITC.
