Prior to joining Ankura, Ewbank served as Deputy Director for Digital Innovation with the CIA, where she was responsible for accelerating the development and integration of digital and cyber capabilities across the agency. While there, she led an enterprisewide transformation that required aligning technological innovation with mission outcomes while building workforce confidence. She also has deep advisory experience, having served on the board of directors for multiple cybersecurity, financial services and national security technology companies. This, combined with her vast geopolitical knowledge gained from years of engaging with governments across five continents, provides her with a unique perspective that aligns with and will complement Ankura’s strategy and vision for 2025 and beyond.
Ewbank has been honored with numerous industry awards, including the GovExec Federal 100 Award for influential technology leadership; consecutive Wash100 Awards for federal contracting excellence; and the FedScoop 50 Award for transformative technology leadership.
