Alvarez & Marsal Appoints Kevin Davidson as Senior Director

Alvarez & Marsal has announced the appointment of Kevin Davidson as a Senior Director within its Healthcare Industry Group. In his new role, Mr. Davidson will help advance the Human Capital and Workforce Management Practice’s growth strategy in support of clients across the health care ecosystem including hospitals and health systems, payers and private equity-owned health care organizations. His joining highlights A&M’s commitment to advising clients on solving workforce issues that continue to challenge health care organizations’ operational performance, growth and profitability.

With more than 18 years of industry experience, Mr. Davidson specializes in health care workforce optimization and management, focusing on productivity benchmarking analytics, human resource information system (HRIS)/IT optimization and organization design. Additionally, he has significant expertise with managing specialized system transformations, patient flow process standardizations and technology enablement exercises.
