Riveron announces refreshed brand, reflecting firm’s motto: Complexity and Urgency. Simplified.™

New brand to support track record as trusted client partner in navigating market complexity.

Riveron, a leading advisory firm specializing in business transformation and value creation for CFOs, private equity firms and other stakeholders, is proud to announce the launch of its refreshed brand. Riveron also unveiled a new tagline: “Complexity and Urgency. Simplified.,™” which demonstrates its ability to simplify complexity and provide clarity, maximizing outcomes in an evolving and fast-paced business landscape.

The firm’s rebrand follows a period of significant firm growth, including:

  • Acquiring Effectus Group, deepening the firm’s presence in the San Francisco Bay area and its capabilities to address clients’ most pressing accounting and capital markets needs as well as offering industry perspective to high-growth technology companies and the life sciences sector.
  • Acquiring Yantra, a technology and advisory services provider with a broad range of expertise to address the pressing needs of technology-enabled CFOs, bringing additional scale in data science and analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), and platform integrations.
  • Winning several awards as a NetSuite alliance partner for business transformations at private equity-backed companies and industry-specific implementations, and being named Workiva’s emerging partner of the year, while making critical investments to deepen the firm’s technology alliances and better serve the office of the CFO.
  • Expanding in key markets and elevating local leadership, particularly in New York, Southern California and South Florida, in addition to welcoming Linda Orton as Chief Marketing Officer.
