Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to Acquire AssuredPartners

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire AssuredPartners, a national partnership of leading independent property and casualty and employee benefits brokerage firms. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close during the first quarter of 2025.
