Traci Whetzel is the Salesforce Practice Lead at Centric Consulting, where she guides clients in implementing, redesigning, strategizing, and achieving a return on their Salesforce investment. Under Traci’s leadership, Centric has successfully completed hundreds of Salesforce projects across various industries and Salesforce Clouds. Her leadership extends to delivery oversight on Centric’s most complex Salesforce implementations, which include multiple clouds, integrations and thousands of users.
With over 20 years in business development and customer relationship management (CRM) consulting, Traci has also worked with many Fortune 500 manufacturers, transportation providers, and small to medium-sized organizations, helping them use technology and metrics to make better business decisions and improve sales processes. Her specialty is understanding, automating, and improving complex business processes using the platform.
Traci was a non-traditional student, earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron over a 10-year period as she worked full-time and started her family. At Centric she has demonstrated her understanding of the drivers of business decisions, sales processes, metrics and how technology can provide solutions.
