Sunanda has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and was responsible to build a team of consultants to drive multicountry implementation of miles project for a German financial institution.
During her engagement with a large global bank, she successfully managed a third-party product organization to implement their loyalty, pricing and billing software. This engagement brought us around USD 25M and led to numerous other engagements like real-time decisioning and analytics leveraging industry tools.
In recent past, she has been working with large European and Global banks involving consulting assignments around Core Banking and Financial Crime. Her advisory role on core banking strategy helped in product evaluation journey and implementation of off the shelf core banking platform. Core Banking is a complex program, but due to Sunanda’s deep subject matter knowledge, her problem-solving mindset and her leadership qualities, we were able to go live with the core banking implementation in 26 months’ time. Her contribution toward development of customizable assets also helped accelerate the core banking transformation journey which saved 5M USD for the bank. Sunanda was also instrumental in opening a new logo in European market for NTT DATA through her deep relationship with the client and industry expertise on Financial Crime.
