Amplify is an 18-month sponsorship program that aims to accelerate the careers of Protiviti’s high potential associate directors and directors by facilitating intentional connections across our global organization, and creating opportunities to help participants reach their goals and aspirations. The program has a special focus on expanding diverse talent at leadership levels. In 2023, 78% of Amplify participants were women.
