Eilidh Weir is a seasoned management consultant with over 12 years of experience, specializing in workforce transformation and organizational strategy across Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and public sector clients. With a master’s in Organizational and Social Psychology from the LSE, Eilidh brings a human-centered approach to complex business challenges. Her expertise spans operating model development, organizational design, workforce transformation and culture change.
Eilidh’s career includes notable roles such as Organizational Effectiveness Specialist at McKinsey & Company, where she partnered with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness efforts. As an Associate Vice President at North Highland, her recent achievements include designing new operating models for UK government departments, developing workforce strategies for leading insurance groups, and developing digital capability for global oil and gas companies. In 2023, her team won the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) “Project of the Year” and “Change and Transformation in the Public Sector,” recognizing her work partnering with the Ministry of Justice to introduce new digital services and technology into prisons.
Eilidh is known for her strategic thinking, creative problem-solving and excellent stakeholder management. Her work consistently delivers tangible results, driving organizational effectiveness and performance improvement. Outside work, Eilidh enjoys renovating houses and visiting family across the globe.
