Dikasse Zalla is a manager specializing in product transformation and delivery at Avanade, a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture. She has five years of experience working in the tech space, starting off her career in business and technology integrations. Since then, she has led multiple strategic engagements for clients across various industries including chemicals, consumer goods, financial services and telecommunications.
Recently transitioning to the Data & AI realm, Dikasse eagerly anticipates making significant contributions and leaving her mark. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dikasse passionately champions diversity and inclusion, playing a pivotal role as Avanade’s global co-chair for its Black employee network. Her efforts extend beyond the organization, working to advance DEI initiatives and fostering better inclusivity across the broader tech industry. When she is not championing these causes, you can find Dikasse volunteering with the Bayiiri Network – a nonprofit that aims to connect the diaspora of Burkina Faso – her home country; or exploring New York City’s vibrant culinary scene.
