Anjali is a Director in CrossCountry’s Asset Management practice, bringing over 16 years of expertise in guiding clients through large-scale, intricate change initiatives. She collaborates closely with client executives to strategize and execute comprehensive transformations, encompassing operating model redesign, technology integration and optimization of third-party relationships. As a delivery lead, Anjali oversees substantial engagement teams, providing day-to-day mentorship to foster skill development and support individual career progression.

Before joining CrossCountry, Anjali served as a Manager at Deloitte LLP, where she directed advisory and audit projects spanning both private and public sectors.

Beyond her delivery responsibilities, Anjali plays a pivotal role as a Coach Family Lead at CrossCountry and spearheads the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Network of Women Employee Resource Group. She also contributes actively to the Associate Leadership Council at Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.

Anjali holds an MBA from the University of Mississippi and a BBA from Millsaps College. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
