Capco Appoints Three New Partners

Global management and technology consultancy Capco has appointed three new partners to accelerate the company's growth in the US insurance market. Collectively, this partner team covers all insurance lines of business and brings a complementary set of industry, technology and consulting expertise to address the critical issues facing insurers.

Laurie Winters is an expert in guiding Insurance clients through complex transformations, from strategy through to implementation, as well as experience in aligning business, technology and third-party stakeholders to drive exceptional business results. Prior to joining Capco, Laurie held multiple leadership roles at PwC, IBM and Cognizant, where she led the significant expansion of their respective insurance consulting businesses. Laurie holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and is based in Missoula, MT.

Paul Tiede has extensive expertise spanning insurers, management consultancies, and insurtechs, and has held senior roles at Securian, PwC, IBM, DXC and Verisk. A licensed and appointed life insurance agent, he understands firsthand the unique challenges facing insurers. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelors from the University of Minnesota. He is based in Maple Grove, MN.
