Michael Plowgian, most recently a well-known senior advisor at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), has joined KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax, and advisory firm, as a principal in the firm's Washington National Tax Practice. Based in Washington, DC, Plowgian will help support the firm's International Tax practice in assisting corporate multinational clients in navigating the ever-changing business and international tax landscapes.
