Acquisition Expands Cybersecurity Services Capabilities in Latin America
Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired MNEMO Mexico, a privately held company specializing in managed cybersecurity services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in Mexico City in 2012, MNEMO Mexico has 229 cybersecurity professionals and 180 cybersecurity industry certifications with key ecosystem partners. The company's portfolio includes advanced cyber defense and response capabilities, a cyber-intelligence platform powered by generative AI and other advanced technologies and a 24/7 year-round security operations center in Mexico City. Its client base spans multiple industries, including telecommunications, banking and insurance.
