FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) has announced that the firm's Technology segment has appointed Mike Ferrara as a Managing Director to provide legal technology expertise to clients and expand its corporate legal advisory capabilities.
Mr. Ferrara, based in Miami, has nearly two decades of experience advising organizations and legal departments through diverse, effective digital transformation initiatives. He brings extensive domain expertise in legal technology and has led initiatives across information lifecycle management, knowledge management, information governance, privacy operations, risk management, innovation and strategic technology implementations for many of the world's largest legal departments. Mr. Ferrara has led current state assessments, guided future state roadmaps and built technical solutions for clients including Fortune 100 corporate law departments, Am Law 200 law firms and federal and state governments.
