The increasing role of technology in the business of human relations in the workplace is a forgone conclusion – it will grow, exponentially. Two questions come to mind when contemplating that concept: 1) How much larger will that role become? 2) How it will affect real interaction and advancement of employees?
In an effort to bring together the leaders of our profession and take stock of what has happened during the past three years, Consulting Magazine is hosting a full-day industry summit, Industry Waypoint: Disruption. Evolution. Response., Sept. 14 in New York City. The programming will assess the effects on the consulting sector and investigate how to best navigate the challenges we know still lie ahead.
Perhaps the most pressing technology question of our time will be covered in a discussion titled: Technology Meets Human Behavior – Using AI to Measure Inclusion in the Workplace. This panel will examine the importance of reworking status quo operating systems and the utilization of AI to assess internal processes focused on changing and creating effective programs and processes to advance diversity and inclusion efforts for all organizations.
