BFI was founded in 2016 by Jan Adriaanse and Marc Broekema to support shareholders, corporate leaders and legal advisors with high-quality independent advice. In 2021, Alexander Bregonje joined Jan and Marc in the business to grow BFI's footprint in the Netherlands.
