Acquisition expands capabilities for integrated, holistic workforce solutions; brings human capital technology solutions to firm's middle market clients.
Leading U.S. assurance, tax and consulting services provider RSM has announced that the leaders and staff of Wise Consulting, a human capital management technology consulting firm, are joining the firm. RSM US LLP acquired the equity of Timonium, Maryland-based Wise Consulting Associates, Inc., on May 1, 2023.
Founded in 1996, Wise Consulting implements and optimizes UKG and Ceridian human capital technology solutions and provides ongoing payroll services. The services complement RSM's workforce capabilities that contribute to an organization's optimized and forward-facing people strategy—along with other RSM workforce and technology solutions, including the firm's managed services and enterprise resource planning (ERP) offerings. Together, the RSM and Wise teams will provide integrated, holistic workforce solutions for the middle market.
