Appointment of Investigations and Data Privacy Expert Strengthens FTI Consulting's Technology Segment.
FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) has announced the appointment of Dominic Piernot as a Managing Director in Germany. Mr. Piernot brings more than 12 years of experience in discovery, investigations and data protection to FTI Technology's clients in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, also known as the DACH region.
Mr. Piernot advises clients as they navigate data-related risks and data privacy challenges during high-stakes internal, regulatory and legal investigations and litigation. He is an expert in applying cutting-edge technology to complex e-discovery and investigations engagements and works closely with clients to establish best practices for defensible fact-finding and compliant cross-border data transfers. Mr. Piernot advises on special investigations and merger control matters in the financial services, banking, retail, automotive, construction, real estate and manufacturing industries for clients in the DACH region and France.
