Pat Vance, Consulting Leader, RSM
In Q1 of 2022, RSM announced COO Pat Vance would be taking over the leadership position, at RSM US LLP. As Consulting Leader and Member of Firm's Leadership Team, Vance would succeed Brian Becker as of May 1 and be responsible for driving strategy and operations for RSM's more than $1 billion consulting business.
Vance brings more than 30 years of experience to this role, serving as chief operating officer for consulting and responsible for overseeing all consulting operations and execution of RSM's consulting strategy in alignment with the firm's overall strategy. Vance served as national technology and management consulting leader from 2017-2021—a period of rapid growth and expansion for the practice.
