Argano, a Plano, TX-based technology consultancy, has acquired NorthPoint Group, a Boise, ID-based Oracle consulting firm.
Founded in 2006, NorthPoint provides services in road mapping, implementation, and managed support for Oracle ERP Cloud software (core finance, planning and budgeting, procurement, project financial management, and inventory optimization) and HCM Cloud (human resources, payroll, time and labor, talent management, benefits and compensation, and talent acquisition). The firm also supports Oracle platform-as-a-service technologies, including Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
NorthPoint has more than 60 employees across the US and Mexico, according to LinkedIn.
