In recent social media posts, the leaders of three of the world's leading consultancies announced their companies' outrage and condemnation of the actions by the Russian government and its invasion of Ukraine.
Manny Maceda, Global Managing Partner at Bain & Company, Christoph Schweizer, Chief Executive Officer at Boston Consulting Group and Bob Sternfels, Global Managing Partner at McKinsey & Company, each outlined their firm's views and actions related to the Russia-Ukraine war in individual posts on LinkedIn.
Each firm has employees and colleagues, as well as clients in the region, and express their sympathy and support for them by both humanitarian means as well as adhering to global sanctions against Russia. Each outlines efforts to support Ukraine and its people by promising to review, restrict and outright exclude work with companies affiliated with or run by the Russian government.
