The Best Firms to Work For survey, with some 10,000 participants and 300 firms represented, is the largest and most comprehensive employee-satisfaction survey in the consulting profession. On September 20, some 200 representatives of the Best Firms to Work For and the Best Small Firms to Work For gathered at the University Club of Chicago at the second-annual Best Firms Gala.
