It is not all that often that consulting partnerships successfully come together. And there's a good reason for that—it's very difficult to accomplish and requires outstanding leadership on both sides of the transaction. Count PwC and PRTM as a success, and lot of the credit goes to Scott Hefter, who served as the Global Managing Director of PRTM, which had some 120 Partners and 800 employees, before the acquisition last year.
Integrating those employees into PwC is where a lot of Hefter's energy has been centered. He's provided the leadership, foresight and courage to guide it.
