PA Consulting Group Executive Chairman Jon Moynihan announced that he will retire at the year.

PA Consulting Group Executive Chairman Jon Moynihan announced that he will retire at the year. He will continue to serve until the end of the year, during which time a successor will be named and the Chairmanship will be transitioned.

"I started out with PA in 1992, and I am proud to have been part of the Company's evolution in that time into the premier technology-oriented management consulting firm, performing so strongly for our clients," says Moynihan. "PA's dedicated employees and management team have developed PA into a unique position, and I leave confident that the company is well placed for even greater successes into the future. I look forward to working with the Board of Directors and my successor to ensure a seamless transition."
