  • What has the biggest impact on employee satisfaction levels at consulting firms?
  • Why are consultants leaving the profession at a rate never seen before?
The number one reason, hands down, is a lack of a healthy and sustainable work/life balance, according to recent Consulting magazine research.
There’s no question that consultants are road warriors in every sense of the word. Firms, of course, expect them to travel far and wide to meet client demands. It’s one of the top challenges of running a firm today. However, effectively managing work/life balance may be the best thing a firm leader can do to ensure success.
Take charge and find out what steps you should be taking today to ensure your employees aren’t overwhelmed by the demands of the consulting lifestyle.
Explore this topic further — at no cost. Plan now to join us online August 14, and uncover answers to such critical questions as:
  • What are some best practices firms use to ensure work/life balance?
  • How have some firms altered their approach?
  • What steps should you be taking right now to position your firm for success?
PLUS—get answers to your own questions during the live Q&A session immediately following the presentation.
Hosted by Consulting Publisher and Editor-in-Chief Joe Kornik, this webinar promises a 360-degree view of the topic, and speakers will offer an insider’s behind-the-scenes look at work/life balance.
Cali Williams Yost, CEO and founder of Flex+Strategy Group/Work+Life Fit and author of the recently released Tweak It: Make What Matters to You Happen Every Day, will speak to the importance of moving beyond the myth of work+life balance, stressing there is no magical 50/50 split between your life on and off the job. Rather, each professional will craft a unique “fit” between your work and personal realities that changes day-to-day and at major life transitions.
Jill Lewandowski, Vice President of People at Carlisle & Gallagher, will offer strategies and solutions she employs at Carlisle & Gallagher, a firm recognized as a Consulting magazine Best Firm to Work For in 2012. C&G outpaced nearly all of the competition in the critical Work/Life Balance category of the survey.
Finally, Dan Calista, Founder and CEO, Vynamic, a healthcare firm based in Philadelphia, will share the firm’s point of view on how to grow a healthy organization where people don’t just survive, but thrive. Vynamic was one of Consulting's Seven Small Jewels and Best Small Firms to Work For in 2012, where it finished as one of the top firms in the Work/Life Balance category.
