Alvarez & Marsal Tax, LLC, an affiliate of global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal, announced the appointment of UK-based Steve Henshaw , Anthony Watling and Tom Lobb , alongside US-based Jerry N. Smith, and Tim Trifilo as Managing Directors. These new hires represent the continuous growth efforts of the practice, following on its recent expansion into Switzerland with the hire of Dr. Kersten Honold, as the Swiss Tax practice leader, and into Australia, led by Sean Keegan.
Collectively, Messrs. Henshaw, Watling, Lobb, Smith and Trifilo bring a century of global experience across multiple geographies, industries, tax practices and procedures. Their combined focus furthers A&M's mission to provide clients, ranging from high net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, private equity (PE) and Hedge Funds to mid-market and global enterprises, with the broadest portfolio of tax services.
