Dan May has always been driven by the need to understand the complex. While pursuing his undergraduate degree in industrial engineering, he had the opportunity to work in a health system. Once he learned how complicated the healthcare processes and systems were, he says he was hooked. "Every day I learn something new about healthcare strategy and operations," May says. "Knowing there is always more to learn keeps me motivated."
